CANCELLATION POLICY we require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. we require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment; in the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the deposit will be the cancellation fee and will no longer apply to the previously booked service. If you wish to rebook a new deposit will be required. please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
